Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service. Easy to get booked in, care about you as the customer - the person taking the booking realised it would be difficult for me to bring my car on a weekday and offered me the following weekend. My repairs took longer than they expected so they stayed open later to finish my car on time, which I really appreciated.
All this and the cost of the repairs were £200 cheaper than I expected based on a quote from my last garage.
